Reporting Feedback

EXECUTIVE FEEDBACK PRESENTATION:

As the most important part of reporting feedback, clients will spend 1-2 hours with a Senior Consultant, reporting feedback about every detail surrounding both the HPTW survey and the Healthy Place Development Plan. During the presentation to leadership, you can expect the following:

  • A preview session one week before the Executive Feedback Presentation with your survey team and sponsor
  • Information about the Healthy Place To Work model and framework
  • High-level results by business unit – identify problem areas and potential responses
  • High-level demographic review – identify key populations that impact overall score
  • Benchmark highlights – using external, internal and historical trends (Year 2 and onwards)
  • Key Driver Analysis – what elements are having the biggest impact
  • Incorporation of comments into the narrative strengths and challenges
  • Healthy Place to Work Development Plan/Submission review and comparison with Survey results
  • Health and Well-being Practices from other organisations
  • Conclusions and recommendations
  • Extensive time for Q&A
